What we do
Pool Water Penguin arranges bulk water delivery through independent local water haulers. We do not own or operate delivery trucks. The hauler we line up for your job carries out the delivery.
Quotes and prices
- Prices and ranges shown on this website are typical estimates for information only. They are not offers.
- Your quote states the delivered price for the job as you described it (for example size, number of loads, hose distance, access and date). If the job turns out materially different on the day, such as a much longer hose run than described, the price may change, and we will tell you before any extra work happens.
- Nothing is booked until you accept a quote.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the job, access and any site hazards.
- Make sure the hose route is clear, gates are unlocked, and the truck can park legally and safely.
- Check and follow any local rules that apply to you, such as water-use or drought restrictions and HOA rules, and follow your pool builder's instructions for new finishes.
- Pool and spa water chemistry, start-up and equipment after the fill are your responsibility.
Water quality
Pool water deliveries are not drinking water unless your quote specifically says potable water. Do not drink or use delivered water for household use unless it was ordered and delivered as potable water.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a booked delivery, contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation terms that apply will be set out with your quote.
Website use
Don't misuse the site, submit false requests, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pool Water Penguin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
